Parent & Caregiver Support

When your child is struggling, it can feel like you’re carrying everything.

Parent and caregiver support for those navigating worry, emotional exhaustion, family stress, and the challenge of supporting a struggling child or teen.

You may be trying to stay calm, manage appointments, respond to school concerns, support big emotions, and hold your family together while quietly wondering if you are doing enough.

You do not have to figure this out alone.

What we help with

  • anxiety and worry in children or teens
  • emotional overwhelm or big reactions
  • shutdowns, avoidance, or school stress
  • parent-child conflict
  • family communication
  • caregiver stress, guilt, and burnout
  • learning how to respond with more steadiness and confidence

This is not about blaming parents. It is about helping you feel supported, understood, and better equipped to respond to your child and your own nervous system with more clarity and compassion.

Family Therapy

Support for families who want to feel more connected.

When one person in the family is struggling, everyone can feel it. Stress, big emotions, conflict, transitions, or disconnection can make it harder to communicate, understand each other, and feel like you are on the same team.

Family therapy offers a supportive space to slow things down, make sense of what is happening, and practice new ways of responding to each other. The goal is not to place blame. It is to help each person feel heard, supported, and better equipped to move forward together.

Family therapy may be helpful for:

  • communication struggles
  • parent-child or sibling conflict
  • emotional overwhelm within the family
  • stress related to anxiety, school, transitions, or life changes
  • rebuilding trust and connection
  • understanding each person’s needs and patterns
  • learning practical tools to support calmer, more connected relationships

Together, we work toward greater understanding, steadier communication, and more supportive ways of navigating hard moments as a family.
