INDIVIDUAL

One-to-one individual therapy sessions that focus on your unique needs & goals. It provides a space and opportunity to talk about current struggles (ie emotion distress, anxiety, sadness, intrusive thoughts, grief, trauma). Session structure includes a beginning, middle & end to establish a predictable, safe space (ie check-in mindfulness-based experiential exercise, further exploration about needs/goals, psycho-education & skills learning, between therapy 'homework' to assist with consolidation).

FAMILY/PARENT

Family: Session that includes identified members of the family. Content will align with your family driven goals. Parent: Typically a meeting with only caregiver(s). These sessions are meant for guidance, parenting tips and strategies, learning about child brain and growth development, as well as useful coping mechanisms. Session structure includes an initial check-in with attending family members, a mindfulness-based experiential exercise, skill learning with review from previous sessions and between therapy homework.
