Our work together will be shaped by your family’s unique needs and goals. Sessions have a gentle rhythm to help create a sense of safety and predictability. We’ll begin with a check-in with the family members present, often incorporating a grounding or mindfulness practice. From there, we’ll focus on building practical skills, exploring challenges, and finding ways to support one another in everyday life.

Parenting comes with so many emotions—joy, worry, love, and sometimes moments of doubt or overwhelm. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. These sessions offer a calm and supportive space just for you as a caregiver—to pause, reflect, and explore new ways to support your child and your own well-being.
Together, we’ll talk about what’s been feeling heavy, celebrate what’s been working, and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded and confident. We may also explore your child’s brain development and emotional needs, giving you insight into their world and how best to guide them through it.
